SITE SELECTION + ACQUISITION
Strategic site selection is about more than identifying a tract of land. It’s about combining our up-to-the-minute knowledge of the geographical area with a meticulous evaluation process, all in the name of evaluating—and ultimately ensuring—project feasibility. Our clients’ ideas are the jumping off point for any project, and it’s our job to come alongside them, listen well, and bring that idea to life. With more than a decade of master planning and engineering experience under our belts, we understand the inherent limitations—and opportunities—that each site presents, and the deep relationships we’ve built with partners, allow us to craft the highest quality, multi-disciplined team to activate the idea.
PERMITTING + APPROVALS
After years of successfully navigating the development process, Pintail understands the potential pitfalls and setbacks that could surface during the permitting and approvals phase. That’s why we spend time getting to know and work with key decisionmakers, growing trusted relationships that allow us to negotiate and compromise on behalf of our clients, adjusting the design or plan where necessary, while ensuring the integrity of the design remains untouched.
