Prior to joining the Pintail team, Chip spent eight years in administration at a private secondary school. He wore many hats including teaching, coaching, and administration; most recently, he served as the Upper School Athletic Director, leading a staff of over 120 coaches across 29 sports. As AD, Chip managed a $1 million annual budget for operations and oversaw long-term capital projects including gymnasiums, turf fields, and display systems.

Chip holds two Master’s Degrees: a Master’s in Real Estate Development (MRED) from Clemson University and a Master’s Degree in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University. Chip earned a BA in Communication and a Minor in Economics from Denison University, where he also captained their Men’s Lacrosse Team.

Chip has a strong passion for all facets of commercial real estate and loves the collaborative approach and team mindset that Pintail brings to the industry.

Chip and his wife Molly relocated to Greenville, SC from Alexandria, VA in 2022. They enjoy golf, skiing, traveling, and hiking with their mini bernedoodle, Dale. They are excited to welcome their first child later this Spring, cementing their roots in Greenville!
