Matt focuses primarily on office, healthcare, and flex leasing and sales, and brings to his clients an expertise in investment property underwriting and acquisitions.
Matt Vanvick is a partner at Pintail and specializes in the leasing and sales of office, healthcare, and flex properties. He brings extensive experience in investment underwriting and acquisitions, helping clients make informed, strategic decisions across a range of asset types.
A Greenville native, Matt began his career in banking, where he gained valuable experience in personal, residential, and commercial lending. He later transitioned into real estate, where his background in finance continues to add value to his clients and colleagues alike.
Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel and holds both the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations. He is Treasurer of the Greater Greenville Citadel Club, and a member of the First Citizens Bank Advisory Board. Matt and his wife Virginia, have two daughters, Olivia and Emma, and two sons, Grady and Sam. When Matt is not at work, he enjoys hunting and spending time at the lake with family.
