With nearly a decade of experience, Monty Todd specializes in regional investment sales and local general brokerage across office, retail, and light industrial asset classes. He also provides buyer and landlord representation, along with strategic leasing services. Together with his team, Monty has closed more than $250 million in transactions.

A native of Columbia, SC, Monty earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and his Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from Clemson University. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is ARGUS Developer–certified. He also serves on the board of the United Way of Greenville’s Young Leaders Society.

Beyond his passion for commercial real estate, Monty enjoys spending time with family and friends.
