Josh advises owners, investors, and occupiers on complex real estate transactions and strategic decisions across the Southeast. He works across the traditional asset classes, including retail, industrial, office, and medical. In addition to transaction execution, he advises clients on redevelopment, repositioning, portfolio planning, and other significant real estate initiatives.
Josh is known for a thoughtful and creative approach to problem-solving and works closely with clients to structure transactions and navigate complex situations where strategy and execution matter. Drawing from experience working alongside ownership groups and investment partners, he brings a practical investor’s perspective to helping clients identify opportunities and unlock long-term value in their real estate.
He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an MBA with an emphasis in Real Estate Development from Clemson University. Josh is a CCIM designee and a graduate of Leadership Greenville. He has been active with community and civic organizations including the Greenville Free Medical Clinic and Buncombe Street Methodist Church.
Josh and his wife, Liz, live in Greenville with their two young children.
