Josh has been integral in guiding over $225M in transactions to completion. He brings to Pintail a variety of real estate experience: sales, leasing, property management, and value-add renovation.

Josh is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has been active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He earned a BS degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA with emphasis in Real Estate Development from Clemson University, where he was active in graduate student government and is past President of the MBA Alumni Association. Josh is a graduate of Leadership Greenville Class 45, is a Clemson Young Alumni Roaring 10 honoree, and recipient of the Max M. Heller Neighborhood Improvement Award by the Greenville Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys the outdoors and traveling with his wife, Liz. Josh and Liz recently welcomed a son, Gaines. They are active members at Buncombe Street Methodist Church.
