David Sigmon, CCIM, SIOR

A fourth-generation commercial real estate broker, David focuses on the sale and leasing of medical, office and flex properties, as well as the disposition/acquisition of investment properties.

Prior to joining the Pintail team, David was consistently a top producer at a full service real estate firm where he spent 16 years. During his tenure there, he brokered over $300 million in commercial sales and leases.

David is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a double major in Real Estate and Marketing. He earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2012 and in 2019, added the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation (the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association).

David is a past president of the CCIM South Carolina Chapter Board as well as the current Treasurer for the SIOR Carolinas Chapter Board. He is a past Chair of the Board of Directors for the Caine Halter YMCA of Greenville and he previously served as a Campaign Cabinet Member with the United Way of Greenville County. David is a graduate of Leadership Greenville Class 39 with the Greenville Chamber of Commerce.

Born and raised in Greenville, David has enjoyed watching his hometown grow over the years. He loves spending time with his wife and two children, outdoor cooking, and fishing down at the South Carolina coast.
