Originally from Anderson, SC, Evan focuses on sales and leasing across all asset classes in the Western Upstate of South Carolina and the Northeast Georgia markets.
Prior to joining Pintail, Evan worked at a regional commercial real estate brokerage firm in Columbia, SC, where he supported leasing, sales, and investment transactions across multiple asset classes. He also interned with a national private REIT, gaining exposure to institutional real estate and portfolio management. These experiences helped Evan build a strong foundation in market analysis, deal execution, and client service.
Evan graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. While in school, he served as Vice President of his fraternity and President of the Real Estate Club, leading initiatives that connected students with real estate professionals and enhanced career readiness.
Evan enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on University of South Carolina Athletics.
