As Chief Operating Officer, Penn is responsible for guiding the strategic growth and overall direction of the company. She works closely with Pintail’s founding partners to align ideas and priorities into a clear path forward while ensuring the firm’s strategy is effectively communicated across the team. Penn also manages and develops the firm’s support staff, oversees internal operations, tracks key initiatives, and helps identify and pursue opportunities for continued growth.
