KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure best-in-class customer service for tenants and clients.
- Serves as primary point of contact for tenants reporting maintenance requests, payment inquiries, and lease questions.
- Follows up on tenant service requests to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Assists with tenant billing including expense reconciliations, pass through billing and past due notices.
- Coordinates vendors to perform services as directed by property manager.
- Tracks critical dates including lease dates, tenant and vendor insurance certificates and recurring maintenance and inspections.
- Abstracts leases and enters them into property management software (Yardi).
- Works closely with accounting department on tenant ledger adjustments and invoice processing.
- Assists with coordinating building events and tenant appreciation events.
- Maintains building access control systems (activating and deactivating cards, schedule changes).
- Maintains HVAC building management systems (temperature adjustments, schedule changes, usage billing).
- Maintains property management key box (check out/key tracking to tenants/vendors).
- Assists with preparation and execution of partnership and tenant meetings.
- Performs general office administrative support duties.
- Other duties as assigned by management as required by business necessity.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Structured, detail-oriented, and excels at multi-tasking.
- Ability to professionally maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret lease language.
- Prior commercial property management experience.
