Since joining Pintail in 2022, Reynolds has been delivering strong results through a relationship-driven and client-focused approach. His brokerage practice spans a wide range of services, including Main Street retail, medical office site selection, and owner-user representation. Reynolds advises buyers and sellers throughout the Southeast, guiding clients through every stage of the transaction process.
A native of Greenwood, South Carolina, Reynolds brings a unique perspective to commercial real estate shaped by his prior experience as Sales Director for the rapidly growing retail apparel brand Onward Reserve. Working with a young, expanding company allowed him to firsthand experience the challenges faced by emerging businesses. As he transitioned into commercial real estate, Reynolds maintained a strong relationship with his former employer and now assists the brand with continued expansion across the country. This background enables him to offer practical, informed guidance to owner-user clients navigating growth and site selection decisions.
Reynolds is deeply committed to serving his community. He is a board member of the Greenwood Genetic Center Foundation, a mentor with the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business Mentorship Program, and a YMCA soccer coach.
Outside of the office, Reynolds enjoys spending time with his wife, Ansley, traveling, and exploring local food scenes in search of the best burger. He also enjoys being outdoors and can often be found on the golf course, on the water, or attending sporting events.
