As Pintail’s Director of Growth, Lee Anne focuses on expanding the firm’s brand awareness and client engagements, while working with each broker team to identify new growth opportunities.
Prior to joining Pintail, Lee Anne served as Vice President of Corporate Giving at United Way of Greenville County. During her 11 years with the organization, she worked closely with corporate and individual donors to lead fundraising efforts that supported critical nonprofit programming across the community—all with the goal of building a more vibrant and equitable Greenville.
Lee Anne’s true passion lies in building relationships and creating meaningful connections. She is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and is deeply dedicated to women-focused initiatives. Through her involvement with CREW and leadership at Pintail, Lee Anne is committed to creating intentional experiences where women in related industries can connect, enjoy themselves, and champion one another’s success—fostering a community rooted in support, collaboration, and shared growth.
A Greenville native, Lee Anne graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Communication Studies. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, and their toddler son—especially during family trips to Fripp Island. A lifelong college football fan, she proudly cheers for Clemson while happily rooting against her Gamecock husband.
