An internationally educated German native, Andreas spent time working with manufacturing clients in Europe and China before relocating to Upstate South Carolina in 2008 where he served as Chief Operating Officer, Partner and Managing Partner of Ingenics, a globally active consultancy firm of more than 700 employees. While at Ingenics, Andreas was responsible for accelerating growth within the company’s existing client base and products as well as entering new markets/regions and enhancing the services portfolio. He also led the company’s initiative around developing a core competency in Manufacturing, WHSE Distribution and E-Mobility.

 Andreas provides Pintail’s clients a full spectrum of consultancy services including navigating market entries, ‘make or buy’ decisions, feasibility studies, production and logistics design, supply chain management, and site selection. With a focus on the Automotive, Aerospace and Consumer Goods industries, he has a successful track record of helping clients launch/expand their manufacturing and warehousing facilities.

 In addition to having a passion for developing, mentoring and motivating talent throughout the engineering community, Andreas enjoys traveling and discovering new cultures. He has competed on the Ironman Circuit and loves cycling, skiing and hiking.
